We offer free shipping on all orders within India. It usually takes 7-10 working days for us to dispatch your product. 

We have a generous 2 day no-questions-asked return policy. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will take it back. 

Customized and stitched products (e.g - saree blouse custom stitched to your dimensions) are not eligible for return. 
Products marked as 'Pre-order' are exclusively made to order and hence not returnable. Similarly, 100% pure silk sarees & dupattas are also not returnable. 
Products under FINAL SALE are non-returnable.
